You have found some marvelous details here, particularly the underwear drying in the upper-left window. smile

Such a beautiful image, Martin...every window a different world!

Wondreful texture and colours, super
Cool! Lovin' the texture of the brick and the laundry out to dry makes the shot. Well composed smile
Thise is exactly the sort of shot I love to take and obsessively search them out from time to time.
Ha! I like the room full of rubbish...
I'm not in the U.S. but I think I'll have a fun long weekend anywat, Martin. You too btw.

Cupboard space on the window sill well ordered in top left.
Bottom third from left a bit sloppy - reminds me of some of my offspring.

Great picture and enjoy your weekend as well.

Love all the various things going on in the windows - the same but different.
Love the picture Martin. The knickers in the window are both amusing and rather sad in a way. Is this the other side of the American Dream?

The balconies seem to be closets. This is so appealing, ten windows and layers of life.
Dang! I was so fascinated by what was in each window, that I spent a good few minutes studying this one! Laughs! Talk about urban living.

I like the compostition and the color. I read that the D70 is not the best camera when it comes to capturing the natural color of your subject. If this is true, how do you constantly get such natural looking colors from your D70. I have a D80 and at times I struggle to get the colors right. Your work is impressive.
Martin: Chichi, thank you for the very nice comment! I generally use an 'Adjust Color Balance' layer to get the colors I want as one of the very last processing steps. The colors I end up with often aren't very faithful to the original, though smile
beautiful urban pattern with some amazing textures, wow
Nice view!

I love the colors, contrasts and textures of the building.
