The Passage of Time
Here is another experiment with textures. As before any feedback would be much appreciated! Thank you and have a good weekend!

This has a rich and velvety visual texture. It gives you the sense that you could feel it if you touched the photo.
Extremely picturesque and juicy image, Martin. You made a great aesthetic pleasure out of decay.
great textures
Fantastic!
GREAT shot Martin!
Martin, I love this experiment, you made this look so abandoned for a long time, love the atmosphere.
Love the textures toning and lighting in this shot Martin
Not sure I would want to wash my hands in that place though
I'm not sure what you did, Martin, but it is PERFECT for this image. It couldn't be better, IMHO.
This is really gritty and brings out the feeling of dirt and decay. Please keep experimenting!
Great textures and colours - you almost feel as though you could touch this (though you probably wouldn't want to!)

Great job Martin. You've made a beautiful picture out of decay!
When it appeared I thought perhaps you were ambitiously but cleverly attempting a celebratory piece on the life of Robert Rauschenberg, who died yesterday.
Really like this effort, Martin.
I like this very much, martin. Harsh and soft at the same time if that is possible.
Martin, you've created a story of textures and colors, that is a visual feast.
Wonderful shot Martin
Top shot mate !!
I really like this Martin .... I also think this would work brilliantly in black and white as well.
Is this for sale? ... the basin and taps I mean. Perversly I think there would be a small select group of individuals who would pay a lot for it. richard
WoooW!! I love this shot.
It's another dimension! very beautiful treatment Martin..
The motive, the feeling and the texture-work is perfect but I feel it's a little bit to dark. I think a lot of interesting details is lost in the blackness.

This is grungy! I think I would like to get closer to appreciate the textures more, like th idea alot though.
I really love it, Martin. I enjoy decay and scenes like this. My only thought is on the composition, that the sink would be a better stand alone subject, without the graffiti. For me, they work against each other a bit - one distracts from the other. But I think I am clearly in the minority. I do love the texture and treatment a lot!!
A very furry washbasin! Picturesque, but it looks a little unsanitary!
I think the texture is a perfect choice here.
Intruiging subject, but not sure about the gritty treatment - looks like I am in a minoriy, but would have favoured high contrast B&W. I only have a small screen, but the colour pulls the eye around a lot and I feel monochrome would make the sink definitely the subject.
Oh my gosh, that's one washbasin I wouldn't like to use!
Made me think of a face with small eyes and a very big mouth. Grimy textures
