I like the contrast of the smooth curves against the masses of unruly clouds.

Belly Lice, Martin.

Houston Dunes?

Look like they could use a drop of rain, as I cannot spy a single blade of grass.

[Jeez...you have used up all the DoF...no wonder I can't find any in the local camera shops...] [grin]
brilliant work as usual martin

as much as i see an image that should work well in black and white, i don't see any distracting colour

well done

Terrific image Martin. What is it forming the hills? Love that cloud formation.
Or rolling waves of a silver sea. I like this Martin, but what actually is it?

I am trying to figure out what this is, Martin, which is what totally makes this image for me! I think it's just fabulous! I even wonder if you did some tom-foolery and "put in" the sky? This is something to stare at and is a Likey for me!!!
A maginicent photograph, martin. Great sky, great hills.

I thought for a minute this was taken from a plane - very intriguing. I like the way the light has caught the top of the structure.

I'm with annie, i thought it was from a plane at first sight too. Love the contrast between the rough clouds and smooth curving lines.
Like others I'm trying to figure out what it is. Great shot.

wonderful curves, but like everyone else I'm dying to know what it is?
Like metallic waves or sand dunes, amazing shot!
Well I guess these aren't hills or even dunes. My guess would be 'tented structures' as my architect friends call them. Interesting image.
Or maybe the hulls of upturned boats?

I can't really work this out Martin - but it is an amazing shot. A bit like sand dunes!
Ooh! Wonderful. Love the contrast between the smooth, minimalist `dunes` and the detailed clouds. (:o)

It looked like dunes in the thumbnail, but I can tell from the texture it isn't. Whatever it is it's brilliant.
NICE - wonderful modern made made architecture with natural sky-scape.
